Corporate Headshots

Please try and bring at least two (ideally four or more) different outfits to wear during your session. You can never have enough variety and some outfits photograph differently than they look in real life. We never mind shooting an extra set of photos to see what an outfit looks like in-camera. Tip: having several tops to go under the same blazer goes a long way when changing up your look.

Please try and avoid wearing clothes with very busy patterns or designs on them. They are distracting to the eye and don’t photograph very well. Please also avoid wearing extremely low-cut tops. They are also very distracting and are revealing when cropped.

Please iron (or press) every item that you will be bringing to your session. Wrinkles show up very clearly in-camera.

While professional hair and makeup is not mandatory, we do recommend it before your session. We also offer makeup and simple hair styling services on-site at the studio by a professional makeup artist. There is an extra charge for these services outside of your headshot session fee. Please inquire for pricing.

DescriptionWe know this one is a bit tricky in this day and age, but please try to get plenty of rest the night before your session. Also, try and drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your session. This is essential for great looking skin and a healthy glow.

There is no need to be nervous. We will work with you throughout the duration of your headshot session to make you feel comfortable and pose you in the most natural and flattering way. We will show you the photos as we take them so that you receive instant feedback on how you look. The #1 comment we hear most after a headshot session is how easy it really was.

We are located at 23-B Mill Street in historic downtown Bolton, Ontario. Our studio is accessible at the left hand side of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate office on Mill Street in Bolton, on the parking lot side of the building. Please feel free to park anywhere in the parking lot before entering the studio. Don't worry about the signs.

Yes, we can. We offer on-location shooting for any headshot, whether it is at your home, office, restaurant, gym, medical building, firehall, police station, factory, warehouse or outdoors. There isn't anywhere we won't go.

Yes, absolutely. All final images are hand retouched before final delivery. We use a process perfected over the last 18 years to make your skin, eyes, hair, clothing and background look as best as possible.

All final images are delivered digitally via Dropbox in high resolution (300dpi) for print use and reduced resolution (96dpi) for web and social media use. Printing options are available. Please inquire for pricing.

Once you have selected the photos you wish to have retouched from your contact sheet, the final images will be delivered within 7 days. Rush options are available.

Yes, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date of your headshot session.

We accept all major credit cards, Interac e-Transfer, EFT, cheques and cash. Payment must be received in full before images are released.

Yes, we archive all digital negatives for 7 years so that you can come back to us in the future to choose more photos from your session.
