There is so much to be said about a couple like Marisa and Donato and we are so happy we had the opportunity to work with them. These two were troopers, with the rain on and off all day they were amazing to photograph and a complete delight to work with! We know how difficult it can be for people to make the most of the weather, but we can't control nature and the real fact is, truly amazing photos happen on a rainy day. The greens were deep and rich because they were well watered. The sun being cloud covered is a photographers dream, no squinting eyes and perfect lighting to work with. When we view a photo with people in it, what we see first are the people. When you view these pictures you almost wouldn't even know it was a wet and rainy day. Marisa and Donato made the most of the afternoon and their pure love was so apparent. It seems for the majority of people, a man holding a camera is almost as intimidating as a man with a gun. In many cases people become uncomfortable, or shy. We were able to work so well with Marisa and Donato because they took instruction well, they trusted us, and believed in our work. Furthermore they didn't sweat the things they couldn't control and they stayed in the zone with one another, which made for the perfect engagement shoot. We wish them and their family a life of happiness, love and laughter.
